Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Architect to design and implement scalable and cost-effective technical solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and developers, to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, reliable, and efficient IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

• To manage the design and architecture of software and system solutions to meet business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with organizational goals.

• Understand the architectural blueprints, support solution proposals, and technical roadmaps.

• Identify and evaluate technology options, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work with business leaders, product managers, and development teams to understand requirements and constraints.

• Provide strategic direction and expertise on technology solutions to meet business objectives.

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries related to solutions and architecture.

Technical Leadership:

• Guide/Support technical teams in implementing and deploying solutions.

• Ensure best practices in development, design, and integration are followed.

• Review code, designs, and architectures to maintain high-quality standards.

Risk & Cost Management:

• Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate risks associated with proposed solutions.

• Estimate and manage the costs of implementing technical solutions.

Documentation & Communication:

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, and design documents.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable way.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to current systems and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 3-6 Years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, design patterns, and development methodologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).

• Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

• Proficiency or understand in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.

• Strong understanding of database design and integration.
