Job Requirements:
- Education: SPM
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or telemarketing / Telesales / Customer Service will be priority consider
- Candidate MUST able work in sales industry
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Job Scope:
- Attend to customer's enquiries
- Phone scripts and calling leads provided.
- Attend outbound call, follow up customer
- Cold Calling & upsales product
- Attend to customers queries professionally via telephone.
