Role Description

As a Front End & Wordpress Developer you will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing public-facing applications.

Bukit Bintang, Kuala lumpur

Responsibilities

• Convert design mock-ups into static HTML using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Front-End frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind, jQuery, and VueJS.

• Create, maintain and customise WordPress themes and plugins.

• Utilize Git for version control, collaboration, and CI/CD pipeline management.

• Support the full software development lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with technical teams to finalize the design, integrating existing or new software solutions to meet project requirements.

• Enhance software quality by adhering to best practices in code discipline, functionality, reliability, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Develop and maintain business and technical documentation, ensuring all projects are well-documented and code is properly managed.

• Work closely with other departments and stakeholders, demonstrating a strong command of English to effectively understand and convey technical and non-technical information.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in PHP development, CMS, and Front-End frameworks.

Qualifications

• Malaysian

• Minimum 1 year proven experience as Front End Developer

• Proficient in PHP development

• Strong background in developing and maintaining public-facing applications

• Experience in building WordPress plugin and/or themes

• Comfortable with Front-End development, including converting designs into static HTML using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Front-End frameworks like Bootstrap, jQuery, and VueJS.

• Experience in implementing, consuming, and integrating REST APIs.

• Experience with version control using Git, and knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Programming concepts.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Good time-management skills

• Great interpersonal and communication skills
