Working Hour: 5 days work | 8 hour per day
Handle for Email / Live Chat / Voice Call
Job Requirements
- Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, front office, call centre
- Must willing to work rotating shift
- Must have own transport
- With experience in handle in Email & Live Chat is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- MUST able speak and write in ENGLISH & BAHASA MALAYSIA
Responsibility
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
- Effectively manage large numbers of email and live chats
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
