Admin Assistant Cum Personal Assistant Job Descriptions
- To perform Data Entry, basic bookkeeping & account entries for General, Accounts Receivable and Payable and petty cash
- Handle human resources operation tasks such as submit staff overtime, staff claims and staffing matters
- Manage, monitor & propose of general maintenance & upkeep office
- Manage on other HR matters such as SOCSO, EPF, EIS etc
- Manage Marketing, production matters such as, Handle Outlet, Packing, Handle Stock keeping, Cleanliness, Carry items
- Manage Delivery when needed
- Manage Event when needed
