Unified Communications (UC) Engineer Job Descriptions
- Understand customers’ need and their system requirements, as well the system of Unified Communications solutions
- Participate and contribute to the overall implementation of solutions from pre-sales to post-sales
- Ensure all activities required for the project execution are delivered in a timely manner to meet the project schedule/deadlines
- Handle customers’ calls, perform first level troubleshooting and resolution
- Collaborate with the teams for on-going maintenance e.g. infra-application version upgrade, hotfix deploy, system monitoring, job automations
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree/ Professional Certificate preferably in IT/ Information Systems/ Computer Science
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on technical implementation experience on enterprise Unified Communication solutions
- Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Confident in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
