Telesales Supervisor

·        Develop and implement telesales strategy to optimize and maximize contacts to drive sales with strong list yield.

·        Assist in establishing sales goals and plans for individual team performance

·        Identify and implement ways to increase productivity and performance for the telesales executive.

·        Effectively utilize operational processes, data, reports and programs to maximize department, campaign and individual results.

·        Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

·        Oversee daily operations of the team, follow up on the team's overall customer application and provide solutions to representatives for follow-through

·        Coach and develop your team to success through driving sales performance for assigned accounts, including performance management

·        Coach, train and lead a team of telesales executive to increase productivity and maintain sales goals.

·        Work closely with the Sales Supervisor team to ensure full team potential is met

·        Motivate the assigned Sales Team to be accountable for exceeding individual and team sell-in, adherence, quality to established company goals.

·        Serve as back up for the sales team and become subject matter expert to help close performance gaps

·        Monitor to ensure all loan documents are completed and submit to processing department within the targeted timeline; documents and compliance of terms (Bank’s policies, National Land Code, Companies Act, Bank Negara Malaysia's Foreign Exchange and Administration guideline, KPKT)

·        Manage daily duties to provide time for other tasks that may arise

Requirements:

·       Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent

·       Minimum 2 - 3 years working experience in Telesales or Telemarketing industries.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills
