Super Admin Job Descriptions
At Motex Enterprise, the Super Admin is no ordinary admin! Admin not
only organises and maintains the online retail store inventory, but also make
sure our customers are top notch happy.
Admin should be equipped with above average organisational skills and is able to multitask with ease. Admin’s main tasks include managing office equipment, inventory, bookkeeping, liaise with customers and product distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Keep inventory and office equipment in check and organised (digitally and physically)
- Update inventory and online retail store on a timely manner with high accuracy
- Ensure customers inquiries are attended via phone call, messages, online retail store
- Distribute products whenever required
- Understand and perform bookkeeping
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Organise, store and print company documents as needed
- Handle queries from supervisor
- Manage and product online retail store promotional materials
Results:
- Increase overall efficiency of online retail store backend operations
- Maintain or increase customer satisfaction through answering customer inquiries and product distribution
- Make sure a constantly updated inventory for online retail store
Requirements:
- Possess minimal SPM certificate or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrator (preferable)
- Familiar with online shopping/ecommerce and has relevant computer knowledge
- Highly adaptable and is a quick learner (preferable)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Average written and oral communication skills in English, Malay
- Beginner skill in photos editing is an additional advantage
- Problem solving attitude with an eye for detail
