Cyber Security Solution Manager Job Descriptions
- Provide technical advice and be the subject matter expert to customers primarily in the Cyber Security and Network segment
- Lead solution development effort that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary personnel
- Be exposed in Cloud Security technology and virtual platforms which includes scope in designing and installation of solution
- Perform market research on the latest solution or technology and propose to company as solution offerings
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and partners
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in IT/Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical implementation experience on enterprise Cyber Security solutions e.g. Firewalls, Advanced Persistent Threats, Intrusion Prevention System, Web Proxy, Email
- Gateway, Privileged Identity Management, etc
- Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization is preferred
- CISSP, CEH, CASP+ or any related certification will be an added advantage
- Holds a firewall-related certification from Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, Bluecoat, Juniper Network, Sophos, Sangfor or equivalent
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills: confident in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
