Customer Service Executive Job Descriptions
Job Scope
• Clear customers doubts on facebook chat
• Reply Customer enquiries regarding facebook live
• Solve Customer parcels issue(payment issue/parcels issue),after sales/before sales
• Enter customers shipping details and print the shipping labels
• Check parcel packed to make sure the packer packed correctly
• Guide customers on how to use the website to make payment
Job Requirement
• Must be honest, hardworking with a positive attitude and willing to share responsibilities.
• Able to communicate in chinese/malay/english
• Able to learn quickly and do multiple work

检查订单，输入地址，打印邮寄地址（根据顾客的地址输入不同的网站）
发送客户的包裹追踪号
记录当天的邮寄数量
回复客户，讲解直播下单的方法，步骤
协助客户解决直播下单遇到的问题
协助客户查订单状态和包裹问题
协助客户解决售后问题
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
精通口语化缩写的马来文字英文字
打字速度快(面试时要有测试打字视频)
能够操作Microsoft Excel，Word
逻辑能力强、接收新鲜事物能力强、有上进心
有客服经验,良好的沟通协调能力
表现好的会有很大的晋升空间(升职加薪)
