Overview
Our client is one of the leading insurance brokers in Malaysia and they are seeking for business development professionals to support the overall marketing and strategic planning programs for the General Insurance and Employee Benefit portfolios.
Job Location
Medan Tuanku, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plans and business development strategies for its KL Office and branches
- Supervise content and disseminate marketing materials to create public awareness on the products and services offered
- Proactively nourish, organize and implement Customer Relations Management (CRM) programs including customer satisfaction survey, development activities, special events etc.
- Keep abreast on enhanced services and marketing tools to enhance the competitive edge and unique value proposition
- Continuously review marketing processes, identify and resolve service gaps by providing constructive feedback and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent with Professional Insurance qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management with proven track record in developing and administering marketing programs
- Knowledgeable about Bank Negara guidelines for insurance industry
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Polished presentation and business management skills
