ACCOUNT & ADMIN ASSISTANT
Contact : 012-222 5119 (Ms.Serene)
Responsibility :
- Assist all office administrative duties.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to Ad Hoc task.
- Punctual.
ACCOUNT :
- Account Payable & Receivable.
- Issue Credit Note & Debit Note etc.
INVENTORY & BILLING :
- check & monitoring stock, update system & etc.
- Issue PO, DO & Invoice etc.
Requirements :
- SPM / O Level & Above.
- At least 1 year working experience.
- SQL/UBS/AUTO COUNT system knowledge.
- Must possess own transport.
- Location : Seksyen 14, Petaling Jaya.
- 5 working days (8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 to RM2,000.00 /month
