CUSTOMER CARE - INTERNSHIP Job Descriptions
- Candidates must at least possess Diploma level
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work under fast pace environment
- Able to work under pressure and work as a team
- To make outbound contact to introduce our products and services.
- Answers incoming phone calls and solve any problems that clients are facing
- Follow up with customer
- Other tasks assigned by manager
- Fix Monthly Allowance: RM500
- Free Staff Parking (Car and Motorcycle)
- Public transport accessible
- Surrounded by the affordable price of food!
- Professional customer service and marketing knowledge and skill training provided by Manager & Senior
- Working Days: Mon – Friday (5 days working, 9.30-6.30pm)
- Off on Public Holiday & Weekend
- Friendly and helpful colleague regardless is BOSSES or Supervisors
- We allow you to make mistake but please make sure you learn it and won't repeat
- Extremely FUN WORKING ENVIRONMENT! (Even we are not GOOGLE or FACEBOOK company, but we follow them!)
